The Avan Shushi Plaza and Tourist Center is a project undertaken by AVAN CJSC for the development of a tourist district in the city of Shushi in Karabakh. The project includes a 31 room hotel, convention / banquet hall, historic Eastern Bazaar and historic bath (Spa).
